Workout Summary, 9.20.10-9.30.10

I fail at updating lately. I guess I am in law school. That’s an excuse, right? This one’s going to be a doozy, cause it covers two weeks worth of workouts. All after the break.
Monday, 9.20
- Tabata, Thrusters, 65 lbs.
Wednesday, 9.22
- Squats – 270 lbs., failure on 4th set
- Bench – 165 lbs., failure on final rep.
- Flag Football, 2 games
Friday, 9.24
- Pick-up basketball, 1.5 hours
Saturday, 9.25
- Squat – 270 lbs.
- Bench – 165 lbs.
- Push-ups
- Reverse Crunches
Monday, 9.27
- Squat – 275 lbs., failure on second set
- Overheads – 105 lbs.
- Deadlift – 270 lbs.
- Prone Bridges – 3×30 sec.
Wednesday, 9.29
- Squat – 270 lbs, failure on third set
- Bench – 170 lbs, failure on first set
- Push-ups
- Reverse Crunches
Been an interesting couple of weeks. Had some failure, but hit a good peak last Saturday in Kirksville. This week was the last of 3 hard rep weeks, so starting next week I’ll drop back to 255 lbs. on squats, 150 lbs. on bench, 95 lbs. on overheads, and 255 lbs. on deadlifts, only this time I’ll be doing 4-counts on each rep.
Workout schedule got shuffled a little bit, because I’m going to be at the lake from tonight through next Monday, so I cut the tabata out of both weeks. A nice break, I think.
